Reminder

It is okay to be sad. It is okay to not be okay. It is okay to cry, scream, and break things. It is okay to let that all out. If it feels necessary, it is. 

Take the time to let yourself break down. Now that may look different for everyone. Some may consider break downs as staying in bed for days at time. Others may take it as screaming and breaking vases. Do whatever YOU need to do to heal. 

Get it out. Then boss back up , and show the world just how amazing you are.
